Guide for Authors

 A) Author's criteria (s):

1- The name and surname of the author (s) should be written in Persian under the title of the article.

2- The level of education, academic rank, department, name of the faculty, name of the university and the city of the author's university (s) should be written in Persian.

3- In case of multiple authors, the responsible author of the article must be specified, otherwise the first person will be considered as the responsible author.

4- It is mandatory to enter the author's email (s), along with their details.


 B) Criteria for articles:

1- The article should have a clear title in Persian in one or at most two lines.

2- The article must have a minimum of five thousand and a maximum of eight thousand words.

3- The article should be sent in Word format with B Nazanin font and 12 fonts.

4- Use Times New Roman font and 11 fonts for English and other foreign words and phrases.

5- All titles and titles should be inserted in bold with the desired font and size, and other texts except titles and titles should be inserted in a simple and non-bold format.

5- The article should have a scientific structure and have the following components in order: main title, abstract, key words, introduction, main text, conclusion, list of sources. Also, on the last page, the title, abstract and key words should be inserted in English and with the conditions mentioned.

6- The article must have Persian and English abstracts with a minimum of 150 and a maximum of 300 words.

7- Keywords in Persian and English should include at least three and at most five words.

8- The article should be the result of the study and research of the author (s); The full text has not been previously published anywhere or submitted for publication to another magazine or publication and will not be sent anywhere until the end of the judging period.

9- The publication of articles presented at scientific conferences and seminars is subject to the review of the article by the journal and also the review of that scientific conference or conference.

10- Articles submitted by students can be reviewed and published if they have appropriate form and content conditions.

11- Insert the equivalent of English or French or other languages ​​as well as explanatory notes, if necessary in a footnote.

12- Observance of Persian grammar and writing is mandatory and the magazine is free in literary editing and summarizing the writings.

13- If an article is rejected after the judging stage, it will not be returned in any way.

14- For uniformity of articles, in the division of contents, a numerical order such as the following pattern should be used:

 C) Citation criteria:

1- This quarterly follows the In-Text Citation (APA) method. As follows:

1-1- The last name of the author of the work, the year of publication and the page number used are mentioned in (); For example: (Katozian, 1393, 100).

1-2- If several sources from the same author with the same publication date are used, after the year of publication by adding A, B, C, ... (in alphabetical order), those sources are identified; For example: (Katozian, 1393, A, 100) or (Katozian, 1393, B, 200).

Note: This requires that in the list of references, in such cases, the multiple sources of an author be divided in the same way.

1-3- If the source used has several volumes, the volume number is written before the page number; For example: (Katozian, 1393, vol. 1, 300).

2- For referring the lawsuit, if the lawsuit is not published in a collection, the issuing authority, the court number, the date of the lawsuit and, if possible, the sixteen-digit number of the case should be mentioned.

3- The list of sources at the end of the article should be arranged in alphabetical order and based on the surnames of the authors.

4- In the list of sources, if several sources from the same author with the same publication date are used, the order of the sources should be in the form of A, B, C, ... (which was mentioned in the explanations of paragraph 1-2).

5- Order of writing book information in the list of sources:

Surname, name, (year of publication), book name, translator / proofreader, volume number, publisher, date of publication, place of publication.

6- Order of writing article information in the list of sources:

Surname, name, article title, journal name, issue, year of publication.

7- The order of writing the details of the lawsuit in the list of sources:

Issuing reference, lawsuit number, lawsuit date and, if possible, a 16-digit case number.

8- Due to the possibility of referring to different sources from one author and for better reader access to the source, do not use (same), (previous), (op.cit) and (Ibid) and refer to the complete specifications again each time. Be inserted.


 D) Arbitration criteria:

1- Articles are judged at two levels: First, in terms of form, the editor of the quarterly, the necessary reviews are done and the shortcomings are announced via email; It will then be referred to arbitration as appropriate.

2- If the arbitrator or arbitrators agree to accept or reject the article, the same will be done and in case of disagreement of the judges, the article will be referred to the third arbitrator.
