Haarp technology in measuring national cultural identity

Abstract
The cultural identity of a nation is rooted in the beliefs and beliefs of that nation, and since each nation has its own culture, so their beliefs and beliefs will be different from each other. Because this identity exists in all the people of the same nation, so if people's beliefs and beliefs are attacked, the country's culture and cultural identity will definitely suffer a crisis. Obviously, this will not be possible except by penetrating people's unconscious minds and pronouns, which, of course, with the arrival of the new era, this possibility has been easily realized through Haarp technology. To achieve their aggressive goals, the owners of this technology have resorted to this technology due to the failure in the military arena, because firstly, its cost is much cheaper than the military option, and secondly, its purpose cannot be identified and cannot be proven. This article tries to answer the question, what is Haarp and what role does it play in national cultural identity?
