Abstract
Due to the development and complexity of legal principles in economic and social systems of societies and micro and macro legal principles, it is always necessary to pay attention to different dimensions of social and economic systems, including the principles and concepts of economic law as one of the sub-trends. New Private Laws and, consequently, the study and study of one of the leading trends and sub-trends of this young trend called competition law is felt more than ever. What we are trying to address in this study is a discussion about The place of changes in the general rules of contracts on competition law "and attention to the study and the importance of reviewing and the relationship and status of general rules of contracts in the discussion of competition law, because as the basis of studies of competition law is the study of commercial contracts that have positive effects Or negative can be left in the course of competition, so this study should address the question of whether an independent برگه can be based solely on the principles of competition law, the general rules of contracts, and then discuss the importance of the study. General rules of contracts and historical course Contractual status and validity of contractual constraints, and finally the role and position of the government in the discussion of interventions in competition law, we will pay attention to the general rules of contracts.
