The position of the cadastre in the registration of official documents for the security of transactions in Iranian law

Abstract
Cadastre is a new concept in property registration, ie electronic property registration. Despite the importance and position of this institution in the new registration law, in the Iranian legal system, some issues related to it are still neglected. Although the Iranian registration system is a coherent system and has the ability to create legal security, it is not compatible with the needs and interests of society, so it needs reforms to improve its efficiency so that in addition to securing the interests of owners, possible abuses. Block and many disagreements about registration regulations that result from not paying attention to the type of registration system in Iran. The present study uses a descriptive-analytical method to address the cadastre position in the registration of official documents for security in transactions in Iranian law, which real estate registration system through the identification and determination of property rights and guarantee and facilitate the stability of the legal status of property sales On the one hand, and legal protection of these rights, on the other hand, leads to a reduction in the cost of real estate exchange, security and acceleration of transactions, and as a result, causes the property to enter the economic cycle and shows that the use of objective property registration system in combination With the cadastre in the Iranian registration system, which has been done in a multidimensional way, it has been possible to achieve this goal despite some shortcomings.
