Abstract
When religion is cleansed from falsehood, it appears in human life which is based on true ijtihad. The special role of jurisprudence in this regard, as a knowledge that is responsible for obtaining practical rules or religious duties of Muslims, requires that in its basic and organic sciences, such as the science of principles, precise and comprehensive principles be adopted. There is no doubt that the fundamentalists have passed on valuable heritage to their later ages. Trying to understand this heritage in the first stage and adding to the richness of this heritage through continuous ijtihad is part of the duty of those who follow the path of inferring rulings. Through the attention of the Mujtahid in the way of inferring the rulings to the meaning, evolution and also discovering the relationship between the principled theories of each period or different periods, the Mujtahid's purpose in following and discovering the correct principles is facilitated. Therefore, familiarity with the formation and evolution of the science of the principles of jurisprudence is important. The special role of recognizing schools and different principled courses in facilitating the discovery of the correct principled theory and the adoption of ijtihad principles, led us to use the descriptive method and data collection tools in the form of library resources in an independent and concise letter. Have different principles from the beginning until now.
