Such an action is a resistance action against the prevailing hegemonic views on the situation of child studies in the world and seeks to identify and present the identity and nature of child studies in Iran to the audience; It is as if he wants to bring marginalized and marginalized communities into the context of childhood studies and make their voices louder. It also indirectly defends the rights of children in Eastern societies; Because it considers the right of children in Eastern societies to have indigenous culture and social originality. Children who have the right to have original and credible research and study literature about them and former children in their community. The approach of the present research is qualitative - in time and research method is also documentary analysis. The results of the research indicate the existence of childhood studies in a general sense throughout the history of Iran. However, sociological studies of children and infants in Iran date back to the last decade and usually the existing studies in this field, due to researchers 'lack of attention to the internal contexts and historical memory of Iranian society and also researchers' focus on works translated from other societies. , Is strongly influenced by non-native works and approaches (centered on English and American works) that are usually pathological and ultimately legal. Therefore, the sociology of children and childhood in Iran needs more attention based on the context and internal historical memory as well as the legal approach.
