Given the gap between theoretical academic education and the practical needs of the legal labor market, this article examines effective solutions to improve legal education in universities. Currently, many law students face challenges after graduation, such as insufficient familiarity with practical procedures, poor communication skills, and lack of experience in dealing with real cases. This research suggests solutions such as holding training workshops, court simulations, developing soft skills, creating internship opportunities, and using new technologies. The aim of these solutions is to better prepare students for entering the professional arena and reduce the gap between academic education and the real needs of the labor market. In addition, the article examines the role of universities in creating online educational platforms, providing business consulting services, and developing professional networks. On the other hand, the importance of reviewing curricula, greater interaction with legal institutions, and the expansion of experience-based educational methods is emphasized. The use of digital tools such as artificial intelligence in case analysis, the use of university legal clinics, and cooperation between universities and law centers can play an important role in improving students' capabilities. Implementing these methods can help improve the legal education system, increase students' practical skills, and train capable, committed, and up-to-date lawyers. Also, creating a platform for multidisciplinary training that combines law with technology, management, and economics can help graduates perform more successfully in today's competitive job market.
