Considering the increase in human population and the complexity of the way of life, and as a result, the spread of crimes and new ways of committing crimes, and considering the limitation of financial resources and efficient and expert human resources under the title of judicial officers, the necessity of a comprehensive and integrated program of judicial officers and the necessity of revitalization An efficient and expert judicial police that has the ability to deal with this wave of crimes according to the available facilities is happening more than ever. Therefore, the way of managing judicial officers in the process of criminal proceedings, from the beginning of the crime to the execution of the sentence, taking into account the current conditions. The criminal justice system is considered one of the best ways to respond to crime. In this research, we seek to investigate the different aspects of the management of judicial officers in relation to criminal proceedings and to know its different angles according to the tools available in the criminal justice system to promote it efficiently. It is for the purpose of crime management in the society and finally, what is obtained in the present research is nothing but this content that currently the criminal justice system of Iran and its judicial officers cannot implement this method somehow due to the lack of necessary legal and judicial infrastructures. as a result, it will not benefit from its useful results, and no regulations and rules can be obtained from the legislator in relation to the division of judicial officers, which is one of the major and problematic weaknesses in the path of integration and systematization.
