China is one of the oldest civilizations in the world that flourished on the coast of East Asia. For more than six thousand years, China's political system was subject to hereditary absolute monarchy. In the early 20th century, the People's Republic of China was established with the victory of the Communists over the Chinese National Front during the civil wars. In the present study, it will be proved that the Chinese rule of law project should have the characteristics of China itself. It is also necessary for China to reflect on how to create its rule of law model so that it can achieve rule of law that is compatible with global standards in today's society. Many countries that have the rule of law, such as England, Germany and France, started their rule of law project first with their own model. China should learn from the positive points of these models. However, China should also try to solve the main problem of the rule of law, which is to empower the implementation of the Chinese Constitution.
